Helping people solve complex problems in a playful manner with Manuel Grassler
WRAP-UP
Isn't it the most beautiful job in the world to enable people to play?
Talking about that: Don't we forget to play when we grow up, even though it is the most normal thing in the world when we are children? I go even further: it would be disturbing if a child could not play. So what happens to our creativity if we don't give it the space it needs?
Today I welcome Manuel Grassler, a playful thinker, a playpreneur. His mission is bringing playful methodologies into the business environment and helping people solve complex problems with a playful manner.
Manuel is a workshop facilitator and trainer for methods such as lego serious play, playmobil pro or card-based tools, among others.
In this episode you will learn
- What the difference is between game and play
- How a facilitator can bring his participant to adopt a playful thinking
- What the benefits are of such an experience for the participant?
